Characteristics

They are 2-4.5 mm long by 1-2 mm wide. The leaves are yellow to purple in winter. The flower heads are round and 1-2.5 cm across. The flowers are white and 6 mm across. They are tube shaped. The fruit are in 4 sections and 2 mm across.
