Leaves: petiole 1–7.5 cm long; laminae sessile or subsessile, narrowly elliptic to oblanceolate, 4–23 cm long, 1.2–6.5 cm wide, cuneate to attenuate at base, entire or sometimes crenate distally, obtuse to acute or occasionally acuminate at apex. Inflorescences axillary or rarely terminal, 6–21 cm long. Petals 5.5–6.5 mm long, white to cream, tomentose abaxially, sparsely pubescent adaxially. Dorsilateral endocarp glabrous.
