Characteristics

Like subsp. sandersonii, but corms 15-25 mm diam., tunics sometimes becoming fibrous and netted with age. Spike with floral bracts 5-6 mm long. Flowers with perianth tube 8-12 mm long; tepals 10-11 x 3.0-3.5 mm. Filaments ± 5 mm long, exserted 2.5-3.0 mm. Style dividing near or beyond apex of anthers, branches ± 1.0-1.3 mm long, divided for up to 1/3 their length.
