Dwarf shrub, single-stemmed, up to 0.6 m high. Leaves usually 4-6 mm long, alternate, erect-spreading, with a slender, incurved mucro, gland-crenate and slightly revolute at margins, sometimes with 1-4 scattered glands and a slightly raised nerve beneath. Flowers in terminal clusters, white with dark dots; bracteoles absent. Sepals 1.5-2.0 mm long, with conspicuous glands beneath. Petals 2.5 mm long, elliptic, cuneate at base, puberulous beneath on lower half. Staminodes 0.75-1.00 mm long, linear, semi-cylindric, tipped with a conical gland, pubescent above on upper half. Ovary glabrous, with 1-3 carpels with rotund processes; style glabrous. Flowering time Sept., Oct.
