Perennial herb; stems prostrate and decumbent, ± partly patent-pilose when young. Leaves with petioles (10-)20-30 mm long; lamina 15 x 30 mm, 5-lobed; lobes not rounded but almost truncate; median tooth considerably shorter than remaining teeth, 3-4 mm long, roughly oblong. Stipules ± 10 x 7 mm. Inflorescences of axillary panicles, ± 100 mm long, flowering parts 30 mm long. Flowers subsessile, in axils of bracts; hypanthium 1.5 mm long; episepals 0.50-0.75 mm long, linear or elliptic, pilose; sepals 1.25 mm long, deltoid; stamens 4; styles solitary; stigma capitate.
