Characteristics

Planta gracilis 30-50 cm alta; caulis simplex 1.5-2 mm diam. sulcatus remote multifoliatus. Folia tenuia sat conspicue reticulato-venosa marginibus integra vel exigue crenata dense ciliato-setosa setis 4-6 mm longis et ciliis 0.5-2 mm longis alternatim dispositis praedita; folia basalia rosulata breviter (1-2 cm) petiolata; laminae 3-5 cm longae 1-2 cm latae oblongo-spathulatae apicibus rotundatae-obtusae apiculatae basin versus sensim in petiolum planum 2-3 mm lalum attenuatae; folia caulina amplectentia parva 0.5-2 cm longa remote disposita. Bracteae involucrales 5-6 ad 1/5 longitudinis connatae lobis 7-8 mm longae triangulariter oblongae, interdum lobi minores 1-2(-3) mm longi interjecti; sepala 1 mm longa anguste triangularia acuta; styli 1.5 mm longi.
