Characteristics

A slender vine. It is about 2 cm across. The leaves are compound and twice divided with 11 leaflets on each leaf. The leaf stalk is 7-9 cm long. The middle leaflet is 12 cm long by 3 cm wide. The side leaflet is 3-11 cm long by 2-4 cm wide. There are rounded teeth on the edge of the leaflets. There is a tendril opposite the leaf and the flowering shoot develops from this. The flowers are 3 mm across. The fruit is round or oval and 7-10 mm long by 8-14 mm wide. The seeds are 7-9 mm long.
