Characteristics

Rosette absent or on lateral growth; leaves 2–6, narrowly elliptic to lanceolate, 40–70 × 7–15 mm, bluish green. Flower stem 120–320 mm tall, 3–22-flowered. Flowers 10–16 mm long, pale green with thin, hair-like, dark red labellum glands. Dorsal sepal 9–11 × 1–1.5 mm. Lateral sepals narrowly lanceolate, 6–7 × 1.5–2 mm. Petals 6–7 × 0.8 mm. Labellum stalk c. 3 mm long. Labellum lamina c. 5 × 0.6 mm, pale green with purple basal blotch; free basal part of labellum c. 2 mm long. Callus c. 3 mm long; central area sparsely covered with thin, hair-like calli 0.6–1.3 mm long; margins sparsely covered with similar calli; limb of callus c. 2 mm long, apex broadly notched, c. 1.8 mm wide, with shiny black warts.
