Selected from the wild in Eaton Rapids, Mich., by Corwin Davis in 1968. Sometimes spelled Taytoo. Origin: Tree: Fruit: up to 285 g; light-green skin; yellow flesh; ripens first week of October in Michigan. Taylor and Taytwo both originated in the same wild patch and should be very closely related.
