Characteristics

Plants 3-7 cm tall, acaulescent or nearly so, hairy. Leaves 1.5-4 cm; stipules 3-4 mm, loosely to rather densely covered with predominantly basifixed, spreading, white hairs up to 1 mm; petiole 1-3 cm, like rachis densely covered with ap­pressed, medifixed hairs 0.5-0.8 mm; leaflets in 1 or 2 pairs, narrowly elliptic to narrowly obovate, 4-8 × 1.5-3 mm, both surfaces densely covered with appressed, medifixed hairs 0.5-0.8 mm. Racemes sessile, 2-or 3-flowered; bracts ca. 10 mm, hairy like stipules. Calyx 9-11 mm, densely covered with spreading, predominantly basifixed, white hairs up to 1 mm, often sitting on small tubercles; teeth 3-5 mm. Petals pale yel­low; standard narrowly oblong, 13-15 × ca. 5 mm, rounded at apex; wings 12-13 mm; keel ca. 11 mm. Ovary narrowly ellip­soid, white hairy. Legumes unknown.
