Characteristics

Much branched shrub c. 30 cm high. Branches somewhat puberulous, glandular-verrucose. Leaves glabrous or pubescent, pinnately 3 (5)-foliolate; petiole 0.5–2 mm long; leaflets terete or narrowly to broadly clavate, 3–5 mm long, the middle one often shortest. Flowers terminal to main branches or to dwarf axillary branches, solitary; pedicels fleshy, 1–3 mm long. Sepals triangular to orbicular, 1–2 mm long, coriaceous. Petals ovate, c. 5 mm long, with very few hairs, pink. Disc broad. Stamens: filaments terete, glabrous, the apex verrucose; anthers shortly apiculate. Style terete, c. 0.5 mm long, glabrous; stigma minute.
