Pseudobulbs 2-leaved, ovoid to narrowly conical, 1–2.5 cm. long, 1 cm. in diameter, borne 2–7 cm. apart on rhizome.. Leaves coriaceous, suberect, narrowly oblong to elliptic, rounded or slightly emarginate, 2–7 cm. long, 0.6–1.5 cm. broad.. Inflorescence erect, 4–9 cm. long, up to ± 10-flowered; peduncle and rhachis very slender, wiry, terete, rhachis zig-zag; bracts distichous, spreading lanceolate, acute, 3 mm. long.. Flowers greenish white or greenish yellow ± marked with purple..
