Leaf withered at flowering time, 15–35 × 3–6 mm, ovate-elliptical. Flower stem 60–170 mm, 1-or 2-flowered. Flowers 25–30 × 8–11 mm, greenish with reddish suffusions, labellum reddish with black calli. Dorsal sepal 12–15 × 1 mm. Lateral sepals 10–12 × 1 mm, kinked towards apex. Petals 10–12 × 0.5 mm. Labellum obliquely erect when set; labellum strap 4–6 × 1.5–3 mm; labellum lamina flat in side view, broadly flask-shaped from above, 8–12 × 4–7 mm, widest just above base then tapered, apical third densely covered with shiny black calli; basal lobe pointed, recurved at sharp angle to plane of labellum. Column 10–12 mm long.
