Origin: Institute of Botany, Jiangsu Province and Chinese Academy of Science, Nanjing, China; preliminarily selected from a natural seedling tree in Shandong Province, 1963; introd. 2017. Tree: semi-erect; precocious, productive; resistant to chestnut blight and chestnut weevil (Curculio sp.). Fruit: : 10.8 g; pellicle glossy reddish-brown.
