Plants erect, to 210 mm; basal leaves few, narrowly linear to linear, acute, to 30 x 1 mm, cauline leaves lax, linear to narrowly lanceolate, to 40 x 4 mm. Inflorescences lax to fairly dense, to 90 mm long, 2-numerous-flowered; bracts ovate-acute, 9-17 x 6-8 mm. Flowers c. 20 x 15 mm, sepals pale green, petals pale yellow, lip yellow; ovary c. 13 mm long. Median sepal elliptic, subobtuse, c. 9-11 x 3-4 mm; lateral sepals narrowly ovate, subobtuse, c. 9-12 x 5-7 mm. Petals subobdeltate, c. 9-12 x 7-9 mm, apically erose. Lip anchor-shaped, c. 5 x 5 mm; appendage a pair of fleshy wings 5 x 5 mm. Stigma lobes oblong, pulvinate, at the base of the rostellar arms; rostellum arms c. 5 mm long, curving around the base of the lip appendage.
