Inflorescence fleshy, the flowers in compact dense panicles ± 2–3 cm. wide; peduncles ± 1 cm. long; secondary peduncles 3–5 mm. long; pedicels obsolete; all parts finely papillate-puberulous.. Buds winged.. Calyx ± microscopically puberulous; tube obconic, 2 mm. long; limb-tube 0.5 mm. long; teeth rounded-triangular, 0.5 mm. long; disc grooved, 0.8 mm. long.. Corolla pink, microscopically puberulous; tube 1 cm. long; lobes narrowly triangular, 2.5 mm. long, 1.2 mm. wide, keeled outside.. Anthers just exserted about half above and half below the throat in short-styled flowers.. Style 4.8 mm. long in short-styled flowers; stigma-lobes linear, 1.7 mm. long.. Fruits not seen.
