Leaf-pairs pale grey-green, margins slightly crenate [crimped], mildly keeled, faintly spotted. Flowers solitary, petals carmine to coppery, sometimes magenta-centred, rarely pure golden, never infolded, anthers pale yellow. Fruit 10-locular, globose.
