Slender liane; branchlets clothed with pale yellow hairs.. Leaves with petioles 2–3 mm. long, clothed with pale yellow pubescence and inserted 1–3 mm. from the base of the blade; blade ovate, sometimes asymmetric, somewhat rounded at base, longly acute and mucronulate at apex, slightly sinuate on the margins, 3.5–7 cm. long, 2.5–5 cm. wide, membranous, pubescent above, subtomentose beneath; basal nerves 5–7, palmate.. Male inflorescences of axillary cymules clustered 2–3 together; peduncle 1–1.2 cm. long, pubescent; pedicels 3–4 mm. long.. Male flowers with sepals 1–1.2 mm. long and 0.8–1 mm. wide, hairy-pubescent outside; corolla cup-shaped, about 1 mm. long, glabrous; synandrium 4-locular, 0.8–1 mm. long.. Female inflorescences, ♀ flowers and fruits unknown.
