Leaves narrowly ovate to narrowly lanceolate or ± elliptic, 1.2–6.5 cm. long, 0.5–2.5 cm. wide, sharply acute at the apex, cuneate at the base, margined and with subulate emergent nerve endings, glabrous; petiole 0.4–1.4 cm. long; stipules whitish, hyaline, asymmetrically triangular, 2.5–5 mm. long, 1.5–3.5 mm. wide, entirely glabrous.. Inflorescence leaf-opposed, compact, 1–1.5 cm. wide, of 2–3 umbel-like cymules, glabrous; peduncle 0.5–2 cm. long; pedicels 2–4 mm. long, glabrous; bracts similar to stipules, 1.5 mm. long..
