Characteristics

Frutex valde ramosus; rami et ramuli juniores dense fulvo-pilosi; internodia 5-15(-20) mm longa; ramuli abbreviati 2-5 vel raro 10 mm longi dense foliati. Folia 3-foliolata; vagina amplectens 1.5-2 mm longa basi pilosa ceterum glabra; stipulae 3-4 mm longae triangulares vel lanceolato-triangulares acutae-acuminatae basi dense apicem versus sparse ciliatae; foliola 5-10 vel raro ad 12 mm longa 2-3(-3.5) mm lata oblonga-oblongo-lanceolata integra apiculata marginibus leviter deflexa glabra supra viridia subtus glaucescentia. Flores [male] subsessiles; bracteolae ca. 5 mm longae lineari-lanceolatae breviter ciliolatae; sepala 3, 3.5-4 mm longa ovata acuta; stamina 7-9; antherae 0.5-0.7 mm longae 0.8 mm latae ferrugineae. Flores [female] sessiles; sepala 3 ca. 2.5 mm longa oblonga-oblongo-lanceolata erecta vel suberecta coriacea rigida; stylus 6-7 mm longus; stigmata rubra-purpurea; receptaculum (non plane maturum) 3.5-4 mm longum obovoideum parte superiore tricostatum.
