Characteristics

Frutex valde ramosus; rami et ramuli in partibus junioribiis sparse-sat dense canescenti-villosi demum glabrescentes; ramuli abbreviati 1-2 mm longi. Folia simplicia: vagina amplectens 1-1.5 mm longa scariosa pilosa; stipulae brevissimae 0.3-0.5 mm longae triangulares villosae; lamina 8-15 mm longa 1.5-5 mm lata lanceolata-lanceolato-elliptica ad basin resupina nervo mediano sat crasso et nervis lateralibus tenuioribus anastomosantibus praedita marginibus integra plana vel saepe ± manifeste reflexa supra viridia parce villosa subtus canescenti-viridia sat dense villosa. Flores [male] sessiles: bracteolae ca. 2 mm longae lineares acutae extus pilosae ciliatae; sepala 3 ovata 4-4.5 mm longa 2-2.5 mm lata tenuia apice acuta extus pilosa; stamina 9; filamenta 5-6 mm longa filiformia; antherae 0.4-0.5 mm longae ovoideae. Flores [female] sessiles; bracteolae fere ut in [male]; receptaculum 2.5-2.8 mm longum 1.2-1.4 mm crassum ovoideum longitudinaliter costatum fusco-viride; sepala 3 linearia ca. 2 mm longa 0.2 mm lata erecta-patentia apice obtusa.
