Frutex. Rami et ramuli erecto-patentes cortice ferrugineo-rubiginoso parce piloso-prope glabro praediti; ramuli 3-10 cm longi. Folia simplicia; vagina amplectens subcoriacea, marginibus scariosis, 2-3.5 mm longa glabra; stipulae 2-3.5 mm longae triangulares-anguste triangulares acuminatae subpungentes: lamina 20-30 mm longa 4-7.5 mm lata lanceolata-oblongo-lanceolata utroque latere sub apice dentibus acutis-acuminatis 1 vel rarius 2 praedita vel integra acuta-acuminata, nervis subtus prominentibus, glabra. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae 3.5-4 mm longae late amplectentes acutae carinatae nervo mediano hispidulae ceterum glabrae; sepala 3 ovato-oblonga-oblonga 8-9 mm longa 3.2-3.8 mm lata acuta glabra inconspicue nervosa; stamina 20-30, antheris ferrugineis-rubiginosis 1-1.4 mm, filamentis 6-8 mm longis. Flores [female] sessiles; bracteolis fere ut in [male]; receptaculum 5-5.5 mm longum 2.5-3 mm crassum ovoideum costatum glabrum; sepala c. 2.5 mm longa ovato-triangularia acuta erecta-erecto-patentia persistentia; stigma c. 2.5 mm e receptaculo prominens rubiginosum; achenium oblongum c. 4 mm longum.
