Characteristics

Frutex ad 1 m altus. Kami et ramuli glabri vel in partibus junioribus brevissime pilosi; internodiis 0.5-2 cm longis. Folia 3-foliolata; vagina c. 0.5 mm longa amplectens extus glabra vel minutissime pilosa, stipulis nullis vel prominentibus parvis arcuatis significatis; foliolum medium 3-7 mm longum obcordatum, nervo medio in mucronem brevem declinatum excurrente, tenue viride integerrimum vel minutissime crenulatum; foliola laterali 4-10 mm longa 2-8 mm lata oblique rhomboidalia-obovata parte laterali-basali auriculata ceterum ut foliolum medium figurata. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae c. 1 mm longae ciliatae; sepala 3 oblonga 5-5.5 mm longa 2-2.4 mm lata acuta glabra; stamina 15, antheris 1-1.2 mm, filamentis 7-10 mm longis. Flores [female] sessiles, bracteolis ut in [male]; receptaculum 2-2.2 mm longum 1.3-1.5 mm crassum ovoideum fuscum leviter 12-sulcatum glabrum; sepala 3 c. 2 mm longa oblonga acutiuscula glabra; stigma c. 7 mm e receptaculo prominens ramosum rubrum.
