Characteristics

Frutex ad 1 m altus valde ramosus. Rami et ramuli dense murino-pilosuli internodiis c. 1 cm longis praediti; ramuli abbreviati 3-10 mm longi dense foliati. Folia 3-foliolata; vagina 1-1.5 mm longa amplectens murino-pilosula stipulis 0.5-1 mm longis acuminatis; foliola 7-15 mm longa, 0.5-1.5 mm lata linearia saepe basibus breviter connata acuta supra plano-concavula subtus rotundato-carinata glabra. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae 4-5 mm longae subcarinatae parce pilosae acutae; sepala 3 oblonga 6-7 mm longa 2-2.2 mm lata, apice recurvato, glabra; stamina (8 vel) 9, antheris 1.2 mm, filamentis 7-9 mm longis. Flores [female] sessiles, bracteolis fere ut in [male]; receptaculum 3.5-5 mm longum 1.5-1.8 mm crissum oblongo-ovoideum 6-costatum, costis altis et acutis, fuscum glabrum; sepala 3 patentia 2.5-3 mm longa 0.6-1 mm lata triangulari-lanceolata acuta glabra; achenium ad 4 mm longum oblongum; stigma e receptaculo c. 5 mm prominens ramosum fuscum.
