Characteristics

Frutex ad 60 cm altus. Rami et ramuli in partibus junioribus dense et brevissime murino-pilosi. Folia 2-foliolata, petiolis 0.5-1 mm longis; vagina brevissima c. 0.5 mm longa amplectens stipulis exiguis obtusis ferrugineo-pilosis praedita; foliola oblique orbiculata-reniformi-orbiculata basi emarginata 5-6 mm diam. tenuia rigida utrinque glaberrima supra nitida-nitidula pseudo-flabelliformi-nervosa, nervis furcato-ramosis praecipue subtus prominentibus, margine brevissime ciliolato. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae c. 5 mm longae lineares acutae, nervo mediano parte dimidia superiore pilosulo; sepala 3 lanceolata 6-7 mm longa acuminata foliacea extus sub apice pilosula; stamina c. 20, antheris 1-1.2 mm, filamentis 3-4 mm longis. Flores [female] sessiles; bracteolae c. 4 mm longae e basi ovata lineari-lanceolatae apice recurvatae acuminatae, nervo mediano pilosulo; receptaculum (non plane maturum) 2.5-3 mm longum ovoideum glabrum; sepala 3 ovato-oblonga 2.5 mm longa acuta subpellucida glabra; stigma e receptaculo 6-8 mm prominens ramosum rubiginosum.
