Folia simplicia; vagina 0.5-2 mm longa in ramulis abbreviatis semiamplectens glabra, stipulis ad 2 mm longis angustis acutis; lamina 6-15 mm longa 0.4-1 mm lata linearis acuta-subacuta supra plana vel leviter concava et parce papillosa subtus convexa et dense papillosa, marginibus scabriusculis. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae 3.5-4 mm longae amplectentes acutae ferruginae glabrae; sepala 3 c. 4 mm longa 1.5 mm lata acuta glabra ferruginea-fusco-viridia; stamina 6, antheris 1 mm, filamentis 5-7 mm longis. Flores [female] sessiles; bracteolae ut in [male]; receptaculum 3 mm longum 0.8-1 mm crassum oblongum plerumque 9-costatum fuscum glabrum; sepala 3 c. 1.5 mm longa anguste triangularia erecto-patentia acuta glabra; stigma e receptaculo c. 2 mm prominens densum rubiginosum.
