Folia simplicia: vagina amplectens 1.5-2 mm longa prominenter nervosa pilosa; stipulae ca. 1.5 mm longae anguste triangulares acutae-acuminatae scariosae ciliatae; lamina cordata-ovato-cordata 12-18 mm longa 6-12(-14) mm lata utrinque pills longis albis-canescentibus praedita marginibus dentibus subuliformibus squarrosis munita apice pungens. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae 7-9 mm longae e basi amplectente lineares scariosae dorso pilosae ciliatae; sepala 3 ovata 8-9 mm longa ca. 4 mm lata acuminata apice breviter pilosa; stamina numerosa; filamenta 3-5 mm longa; antherae ovoideae 1.2-1.5 mm longae.
