Fruticulus ad 0.5 m altus valde ramosus. Rami et ramuli in partibus junioribus dense et brevissime murino-pilosi; ramuli abbreviati 1-3 mm longi 3-8-foliati. Folia 3-foliolata; vagina 1-1.5 mm longa extus murino-pilosula, stipulis 0.5-1 mm longis acuminatis; foliola 3-5 mm longa setacea cuspidata saepe valde incurvata supra plano-concava subtus convexa, integerrima glabra. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae 1.5-2 mm longae amplectentes scariosae acutae glabrae, marginibus crenulatis; sepala 4 lanceolata c. 3 mm longa 1-1.5 mm lata tenuia cuspidata 3-nervosa glabra; stamina 8 saepe 1-2 sterilia, antheris 0.6-0.7 mm, filamentis 3-4 mm longis. Flores [female] sessiles, bracteolis c. 1 mm longis ceterum ut in [male]; receptaculum 2-2.8 mm longum 1-1.4 mm crassum oblique oblongum fuscum glabrum plerumque costis 4 majoribus 4 minoribus praeditum; sepala 4 lineari-lanceolata 0.5-1 mm longa lineari-lanceolata acuta glabra; stigma e receptaculo c. 1 mm prominens valde ramosum rubrum.
