Characteristics

Frutex sparse ramosus. Rami et ramuli ferruginei glabri, internodiis 1-2 cm longis; ramuli abbreviati ad 1.5 cm longi. Folia 3-foliolata; vagina 0.5-1 mm longa amplectens glabra, stipulis triangularibus c. 1 mm longis erectis vel patentibus; petiolus 1-2 mm longus rigidus persistens; foliola inter se similia vel subsimilia 4-8 mm longa 2.2-5 mm lata cuneata-triangularia glabra, apice (2-)3(-4)-dentato, dentibus 1-2 mm longis ovatis-triangularibus mucronulatis, nervis obscuris. Flores [male] c. 2 mm pedicellati; bracteolae 2-2.5 mm longae amplectentes acutae glabrae; sepala 3 obovato-oblonga c. 5 mm longa mucronata glabra subcoriacea, nervis obscuris; stamina c, 20, antheris fuscis 0.9-1 mm, filamentis 4-5 mm longis. Flores [female] c. 2 mm pedicellati; bracteolae 3-3.5 mm longae cuspidatae glabrae; receptaculum (immaturum!) c. 4 mm longum oblongum leviter costatum glabrum; sepala c. 3 mm longa linearia-lineari-lanceolata acuta glabra; stigma 8-10 mm e receptaculo prominens rubrum.
