Frutex; rami et ramuli glabri subnitidi. Folia simplicia; vagina 1.5-2.5 mm longa glabra marginibus scariosa; stipulae e basi anguste triangnlari attenuatae in cuspem 6-8 mm longum exeuntes; petioles 3-4 mm longus; lamina ovata-oblongo-obovata 30-45 mm longa 20-25 mm lata utrinque viridis subtus pallidior marginibus acute crenato-dentata juvenilis parce et longe albo-pilosa demum glabrescens. Flores [male] sessiles; bracteolae 6-7 mm longae lineari-lanceolatae acuminatae scariosae longe et parce ciliatae; sepala 3 ovata ca. 6 mm longa 3-4 mm lata acuta extus longe et praecipue versus apicem dense canescenti-albo-pilosa; stamina numerosa (ca. 20); filamenta 4 mm longa; antherae ca. 0.6 mm longae ovoideae.
