Leaves 2, ground-hugging, ovate to nearly round, 15–30 × 10–30 mm, dark green, bases overlapping. Flower stem 150–250 mm long, thin, wiry, 3–9-flowered. Flowers 7–7.5 × 2.5 mm, green with darker lines, tepals not separating widely. Dorsal sepal 6–7 × 2.5 mm, margins thickened. Lateral sepals 6–7.5 × 2.5 mm, deflexed. Petals 6–7 × 2.3 mm, margins pale. Labellum 7–7.5 × 2.5 mm, simple, undivided, margins incurved. Spur absent. Column abortive.
