Characteristics

Leaf cordate, 6–20 × 7–12mm, bluish green above with three whitish veins, greenish purple beneath. Flower held horizontally, 9–11 mm long, reddish, on a stalk c. 6 mm long. Dorsal sepal 9–11 × 5–6 mm, slightly shorter than labellum, basal claw 6–7 mm long. Lateral sepals c. 8 mm long, whitish. Petals c. 6 mm long, whitish. Labellum 8–10 mm long, tubular with a projecting lower beak. Calli in a dense cluster near the labellum opening.
