Home
Racemes 1–4 cm long, densely 6–20-flowered, with other flowers developing in the axils below and sometimes also on abbreviated lateral branches; bracts 3–7 × 0.1–0.7 mm, linear to narrowly linear-lanceolate; pedicel 3–4(6 in fruit) mm long; bracteoles setaceous or lacking.
Standard broadly obovate, yellow, silky tomentose outside; wings as long as the keel; keel 6–8 mm long, subangular, with a narrow twisted beak hooked inwards at the tip.
Erect annual, 30–75 cm tall, developing ascending branches; stem densely silvery silky pubescent to pilose, the hairs 0.5–1(2) mm long.
Calyx 5–6 mm long, silky tomentose; lobes acuminately triangular, 1.5–2 times as long as the tube.
Pod sessile, 7–8 × 4–5 mm, ovoid-ellipsoid, pilose, 4–8-seeded.
Seeds 1.5–2.5 mm long, oblique-cordiform, smooth.
