Stipules filiform or subulate, ± 0·5–1·5 mm. long.. Racemes long and slenderly pedunculate, up to 9–23 cm. long, with ± 4–8 very laxly arranged flowers; bracts linear-subulate, ± 1–1·5 mm. long; bracteoles inserted at the base of the calyx, small, inconspicuous.. Calyx 3–3·5 mm. long, appressed puberulous; lobes attenuate-triangular, ± as long as the tube.. Standard suborbicular, yellow, veined reddish-brown and glabrous outside; wings elliptic-oblong, slightly falcate, a little longer than the keel; keel rounded below the middle, with a very short blunt slightly incurved untwisted beak and a small horn-like protuberance projecting from the leading edge, 6–7 mm. long.. Pod subsessile, oblong-ellipsoid, ± 17–18 mm. long and 8–9 mm. across, not thick-walled, dehiscent, soon glabrescent except for small hairs along the upper suture, ± 18–24-seeded..
