Leaves 1-foliolate; leaflets linear-lanceolate, lanceolate or elliptic, up to 30–55 mm. long and 5–15 mm. wide, glabrous above, thinly appressed puberulous beneath; petiole up to 4–6 mm. long.. Stipules linear, up to 1 mm. long.. Racemes long and slenderly pedunculate, up to 8–25 cm. long, with ± 8–16 flowers very laxly arranged on the slender rhachis; bracts subulate, up to 1 mm. long; bracteoles inserted at the base of the calyx, very small.. Calyx ± 3 mm. long, sparsely appressed puberulous; lobes narrowly triangular, ± as long as the tube.. Standard suborbicular, clear yellow, with darker veins at the base, glabrous outside; wings obovate-oblong, longer than the keel; keel semiorbicular, with a very short blunt incurved untwisted beak, 3·5–4 mm. long..
