Racemes sessile, 3–10 cm long, densely many-flowered, with other flowers in the axils below; bracts 3–4 mm long, linear to linear-lanceolate, exceeding the pedicel; bracteoles on the pedicel, setaceous.
Standard elliptic to elliptic-obovate, yellow, densely pubescent to tomentellous outside; wings shorter than the keel; keel 6–8 mm long, angular, with a long narrow twisted beak incurved at the tip.
Calyx 5–6 mm long, densely appressed pubescent; lobes narrowly triangular-lanceolate, upper ones 4 times as long as the tube.
Erect ± branching annual 25–80 cm tall; stem densely appressed to slightly spreading pubescent.
Pod sessile, 5–6 × 4–4.5 mm, ovoid-globose, appressed pubescent, 2-seeded.
Seeds 2–2.5 mm long, oblique-cordiform, smooth, with a pronounced aril.
