Leaves: petiole 5–20 mm long; lamina cuneate-obovate, elliptic or ovate, 35–150 mm long, 15–80 mm wide; base cuneate; margins denticulate to weakly crenate with 10–15 small teeth; tip obtuse. Male flowers 7–10 mm long, 12–15 mm diam.; pedicels 1.5–4 mm long; sepals lanceolate-ovate, 2.5–3.5 mm long; petals ovate to obovate, 5–9 mm long. Female flowers 4–7 mm long, 8–10 mm diam.; pedicels 4–4.5 mm long; sepals lanceolate-ovate, 3–4 mm long; petals ovate to obovate, c. 7 mm long. Fruit depressed-globose, 10–11 mm diam.. Seeds 4.5–5 mm long.
