Plants 150-350 mm tall; basal leaves petiolate, oblanceolate to spathulate, 10-20 x 5-9 mm, cauline leaves 2-6, oblanceolate, acute to obtuse, 10-20 mm long. Inflorescences (1-) 3 (-5)-flowered. Flowers with white sepals and yellow petals and lip, the latter with black spots. Median sepal obovate to broadly obovate, 7-11 x 4-9 mm; lateral sepals obovate to broadly obovate, 7-11 x 4-9 mm. Petals 3-5 mm long, anticous lobe absent, apex bifid, front tooth as long as the limb, rear tooth very reduced or absent. Lip tripartite, apical tooth wedge-shaped, acute, 2-4 mm long, mesochile 3-7 mm wide, margins strongly undulate, 2-4 mm long, hypochile small, concave. Anther reflexed; rostellum erect.
