Characteristics

Plants slender, 50-100 mm tall; radical leaves with white to hyaline petioles and very narrowly elliptic to elliptic, apiculate blades, 10-15 mm long, cauline leaves imbricate, sheathing, apices usually free, narrowly lanceolate, 15-20 mm long, grading into the basal leaves and the floral bracts. Inflorescences corymbose, 3-6-flowered; bracts as long as and enclosing the ovaries. Flowers not resupinate, pink. Median sepal shallowly galeate, rounded, orbicular, c. 6 mm tall; spur obsolete; lateral sepals obovate, rounded, shallowly concave, c. 7 mm long, apiculate. Petals flanking the anther, apex curved over it, oblique, narrowly oblong, c. 3 mm long. Lip lorate to narrowly oblanceolate, rounded, c. 4 mm long. Anther hori-zontal; stigma sessile; lateral rostellum lobes erect, square, concave or canaliculate, central lobe reflexed.
