Characteristics

Plants slender, 90-180 mm tall; basal sheaths 1 or 2, hyaline; leaves 5-8, cauline, linear, up to 90 mm tall and reaching above inflorescence base. Inflorescences dense; bracts as tall as or overtopping flowers. Flowers facing down, colour not known. Median sepal galeate, c. 4 mm tall, obtuse, 2 mm deep; with a bilobed spur basally, c. 0.5 mm long; lateral sepals oblique, oblong, obtuse, apically shallowly navicular, c. 4 mm long. Petals c. 1 mm long, with a small basal anticous lobe flanking the stigma, horizontal. Lip linear, c. 3 mm long. Anther c. 1 mm long, angled up at 45°; stigma c. 0.5 mm in diameter, on a broad base; central rostellum lobe large.
