Characteristics

Plants slender, 40-300 mm tall; radical leaves c. 10, petiole linear, blade elliptic, up to 35 mm long, cauline leaves imbricate, lanceolate to narrowly lanceolate, 20-30 mm long, grading into the radical leaves and the floral bracts. Inflorescences corymbose, 3-8-flowered; bracts longer than and enclosing the ovaries. Flowers not resupinate, white, petals and lip yellow. Median sepal erect, 7-10 mm tall, galea 4 mm wide x c. 5 mm deep, margins slightly incurved; spur obsolete; lateral sepals spreading upwards, obovate, rounded, deeply concave, 9-12 mm tall. Petals flanking the anther, apices curved over it, obdeltate to narrowly obdeltate, 5-7 mm long, broadly fused to the rostellum basally. Lip patent, oblanceolate to obovate, rounded or retuse, 3-6 mm long. Stigma subsessile, equally tripulvinate; lateral rostellum lobes erect, somewhat canaliculate, central lobes somewhat shorter, reflexed.
