Terrestrial herb, 0.11-0.26 m high. Leaf 1, basal, subrotund, margins pellucid, 10-17 x 8-19 mm. Inflorescence secund, 6-20-flowered; bracts rotund, 3-10 x 4-13 mm. Flowers greenish white to pink, apex of sepals and petals magenta, petals spotted with pink. Sepals: median sepal 3 x 3 mm, with decurved sac-like spur; lateral sepals ovate, acute, 4-5 x 2-3 mm, spurs 1.5 mm long. Petals adnate to median sepal, oblong 4 x 3 mm. Lip basally fused to gynostemium, claw 4 mm long, blade oblong, 1.75 mm long, appendage triangular, apex pubescent. Flowering time Dec.-Feb.
Herb, up to 250 mm high. Leaf solitary, basal, suberect. Flowers: (2-)6-20, secund; bracts conduplicate, reniform; petals oblong, hooded with inner surface concealed, ± 4 mm long; median sepal 3-4 mm long; lateral sepals 4-5 mm long; perianth white and green with dull purple at tips; Jan.
Terrestrial herb, up to 200 mm tall. Petals only slightly extending width of hood, pale green, tipped with purple, outer surface exposed to view. Flowers white and green with dull purple at tips.
