Terrestrial herb, 0.11-0.26 m high. Leaf 1, basal, subrotund, margins pellucid, 10-17 x 8-19 mm. Inflorescence secund, 6-20-flowered; bracts rotund, 3-10 x 4-13 mm. Flowers greenish white to pink, apex of sepals and petals magenta, petals spotted with pink. Sepals: median sepal 3 x 3 mm, with decurved sac-like spur; lateral sepals ovate, acute, 4-5 x 2-3 mm, spurs 1.5 mm long. Petals adnate to median sepal, oblong 4 x 3 mm. Lip basally fused to gynostemium, claw 4 mm long, blade oblong, 1.75 mm long, appendage triangular, apex pubescent. Flowering time Dec.-Feb.
