Terrestrial herb, 0.15-0.35 m high, pubescent. Leaves 3, cauline, alternate, ovate, 15-32 x 4-9 mm. Inflorescence 2-5-flowered; bracts ovate, acute, 10-17 x 6-6. Flowers magenta or white petals with green spots. Sepals: median sepal ovate, sac-like hood, 4-5 x 3 mm, 3-4 mm deep; lateral sepals ovate, acuminate with auricle, 6-7 x 3 mm; spur saccate, 2.0-2.5 mm long. Petals adnate to median sepal, curved, clawed, oblong, acute, 3-5 x 2 mm. Lip: claw 2 mm long, blade upcurved, boat-shaped, flanged along sides, tip reflexed, adhering to petals and median sepal, 4.5 mm long, appendage finger-like, obtuse, pubescent, 1 mm long. Terrestrial herb, up to 250 mm tall. Flowers 1-3. Dorsal sepal with a shallow rounded hood, up to 3 mm deep. Lip with a folded, ovate-oblong limb. Flowers pinkish rose.
Lip claw narrowly ovate-oblong, obtuse; limb conduplicate, c. 2 mm long; appendage longer than limb and broadly oblong, apiculate, keeled.
Lateral sepals spreading, 5–7 × 1.5–2mm, obliquely oblanceolate, apiculate, each with a conical, sac-like spur c. 1.5 mm long.
