Characteristics

Leaves 2 or 3, 150–250 × 6–14 mm, folded. Flower stem 250–45 0mm, 1–6-flowered. Flowers 20–30 mm across, yellow with red-brown suffusions; petals mainly yellow, dorsal sepal yellow with brown suffusions, labellum with strong red-brown, suffusions. Dorsal sepal recurved near apex, 8–12 × 12–16 mm. Lateral sepals deflexed, crossed, strongly recurved, 12–18 × 2–2.5 mm. Petals obliquely erect to recurved; stalk 3–4 mm long, curved, brownish; blade broadly elliptic, 13–15 × 10–14 mm. Labellum 7–10 mm long; lateral lobes 8–10 × 4–6 mm; midlobe convex, margins sharply downcurved, broadly wedge-shaped when flattened, 7–10 × 8–12 mm. Callus ridge 1, 3–4 mm long, yellow.
