Leaves 4–9, 50–150 × 2–4 mm, straight. Flower stem 100–300 mm, 1–4-flowered. Flowers semi-nodding, 17–30 mm across, light yellow with dark internal streaks. Dorsal sepal obliquely erect, 10–15 × 4–8 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed below labellum, 15–25 × 2–3.5 mm. Petals nearly horizontal or drooping; stalk 3–5 mm long, green; blade narrowly ovate, 8–20 × 3.5–7 mm. Labellum 14–20 mm long; lateral lobes 2–3.5 × 1–2 mm, papillate, toothed; midlobe ovate, 9–16 × 7–12 mm. Callus ridges 2, 10–15 mm long, dark yellow, densely papillate.
