Leaves 3–5, 80–150 × 2–3 mm, straight. Flower stem 200–400 mm, 1–5-flowered. Flowers 20–25 mm across, bright yellow with light brown markings and callus outline. Dorsal sepal obliquely erect, 8–14 × 5–8.5 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed below labellum, 10–17 × 2.5–3.5 mm. Petals obliquely erect to recurved; stalk 3–6 mm long, dark green; blade 8–13 × 6–9 mm. Labellum 10–14 mm long; lateral lobes 4–7 × 2–3.5 mm; midlobe flattish, margins shallowly downcurved, ovate when flattened, 6–8 × 8–11 mm. Callus ridges 2, 5–6 mm long, divergent.
