Leaves 1 or 2, 150–300 × 4–5 mm, folded. Flower stem 200–300 mm, 2–7-flowered. Flowers widely spaced, 18–20 mm across, yellow with brown markings. Dorsal sepal projected forwards, 7–11 × 4–7 mm, with two prominent basal blotches. Lateral sepals deflexed, 15–25 × 1.5–2 mm. Petals obliquely erect; stalk 4–7 mm long, brown; blade obovate, 6–9 × 4.5–6.5 mm. Labellum 7–9 mm long; lateral lobes 2–3 × 1–1.2 mm, erect; midlobe ovate, 5–7 × 4–7 mm, folded. Callus ridges 2, 3–4 mm long, divergent.
