Leaves 3–5, 150–250 × 5–8 mm, straight. Flower stem 500–1,000 mm, 3–8-flowered. Flowers 30–35 mm across, pale yellow with brown markings and callus outline. Dorsal sepal erect, 18–22 × 9–12 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed below labellum, 18–24 × 4–5 mm. Petals obliquely erect to recurved; stalk 6–8 mm long, blackish; blade 17–20 × 10–13 mm. Labellum 17–22 mm long; lateral lobes 7–11 × 5–8 mm; midlobe flat or nearly so, broadly ovate when flattened, 15–18 × 13–16 mm. Callus ridges 2, 6–8 mm long, parallel.
