Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed below labellum, 13–16 × 3–4 mm. Petals obliquely erect or often widely spreading; stalk 5–6 mm long, blackish; blade 9–12 × 6–8 mm. Labellum 11–14 mm long; lateral lobes 5–8 × 2–3 mm; midlobe convex, margins strongly downcurved, narrowly ovate when flattened, 11–13 × 6–8 mm. Callus ridges 2, 5–6 mm long, parallel.
