Dorsal sepal obliquely erect, 10–13 × 7–8 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed below labellum, scimitar-shaped, 12–16 × 4–5 mm. Petals obliquely erect or recurved; stalk 3–5 mm long, brown; blade 9–12 × 6–8 mm. Labellum 10–12 mm long; lateral lobes 3.5–5 × 4 mm, irregularly toothed; midlobe flat, rhomboid when flattened, 8–10 × 7–9 mm. Callus ridges 2, 4–6 mm long.
